Who I am

Three decades of turningowner-run businesses intosystems-run companies.

(My story) 01

Most small and medium enterprises don’t struggle because their product or service isn’t good enough. It almost always is. They struggle because the business can’t grow and change as fast as the demands around it. Closing that gap is my work: I build the systems, processes and teams that let a company scale without breaking.

I’m Mubasher Siddique, a procurement and supply-chain leader with 30+ years turning inefficient, individual-dependent operations into cost-saving, systems-driven organisations. My career spans a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (UET Lahore), sales engineering with Nissan and Germany’s V-Line, two decades in engineering trading and OEM sourcing, and senior roles as Head of Purchase at Kohat Cement, Head of Procurement on Qatar’s $1.5B Lusail City programme (where I negotiated $220M of deals and saved $16M in a year), and GM Procurement at the Nishat Group (a PKR 35B/year portfolio with PKR 500M/year in savings).

Today I bring that discipline to small and medium enterprises, and, most recently, into software, with a Shopify inventory-automation app I built end to end.

(Philosophy)02

“I don’t help you do better. I help you build an organization that can do better work, sustainably and at scale.”
